2 kids drown in Isabela dam

TUGUEGARAO, Cagayan, Philippines — Two children drowned in a water reservoir in Barangay Villa Beltran, Ramon, Isabela on Sunday.
Police said Brix Xavier Fernandez, 10, and Sweetzel Galindo, 9, both residents of Barangay Bugallon, were playing near the reservoir when they fell into the water at 3:30 p.m. 

The bodies of the victims were recovered at around 1:30 a.m. yesterday.
