3 die in Rizal fire

MANILA, Philippines - A woman and her two daughters died in a fire that hit their home in Taytay, Rizal on Wednesday.

The bodies of Maria Theresa Augustine Hermocilla, 23, Theras, 5, and Andrea, 4, were found huddled in one of the rooms.

Arson prober Mario Paredes said the fire started in the kitchen of the house of the victims at St. Anthony Subdivision at around 7:35 p.m.

Paredes said the victims could be sleeping when the fire broke out.

An investigation is ongoing.
