MANILA, Philippines - Strengthening its commitment to make services more accessible to Robinsons customers all over the country, Robinsons recently sealed its partnership with TicketWorld as a provider of tickets for shows, concerts, symposiums and other events at the Robinsons Business Center. The contract signing was led by Robina Gokongwei-Pe, president and COO of Robinsons Retail, and Bob Sewell, Ticketworld president.
“Ticketworld and Robinsons have been long standing partners since year 2000,” shared Sewell. “We expect Robinsons Business Centers to contribute more to the ticket sales in the provinces,” he adds. Ticketworld services are currently available in seven branches of Robinsons Department Store in Robinsons Galleria, Ermita, Metro East, Pampanga and Cebu, in Festival Mall Alabang, and in the recently-opened Robinsons Abreeza Ayala Davao branch.
Scheduled for roll-out to the other branches of Robinsons Department Store, customers will now have immediate and convenient access to concert tickets of local and international artists, global attractions and exhibits, and theatrical shows and performances.
“Robinsons Business Center which centralizes all customer-centric services in Robinsons Department Store was introduced June last year. Our services now include bills payment, foreign exchange, airline ticket purchases, mobile phone and Internet loads, concert and show ticket purchases and many more,” explained Gina Salgado, general manager of the Robinsons Business Center. “Soon customers will also enjoy fast and reliable remittance services,” she added.
With customer convenience at the forefront, Robinsons and TicketWorld are confident this partnership will make shopping a more relevant experience for many Filipinos.
