Fate & forever
“What’s meant to be will always find a way.” — Trisha Yearwood
After a chance meeting at a coffee shop in 2016, Mirko de Giorgi and Katrina Isabelle Salvador embraced their destiny and tied the knot in an elegant wedding ceremony held at Marriott Hotel Manila.
Groom’s daughter Helena Anita and parents Biagio and Gabrielle de Giorgi.
Both avid travelers, the lovely couple opted for a travel-themed nuptial, which was also ideal as their friends and family from all over the world — Germany, Italy, Switzerland, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and the US — were present to witness their special day.
Guests were rendered teary and emotional as the couple said their vows before God and man, promising to love one another until the end of their days.
Bride’s mother Aleta Salvador and bride’s children Kaelen Andrea and Andres Joaquin.
The beautiful day was capped off with dancing to well-loved ‘70s and ‘80s music played by the band Highway 54.
Best wishes, Mirko and Katrina!
