Some city bikers need seminar

Since the pandemic exploded, many people in Cebu City have resorted to bicycles for mobility. In fact, some of them use their bikes to go to work, run errands, or simply to spend their leisure time. Unfortunately, as one EAR informer said, some of these bicycle drivers have no respect for traffic laws. “Naay uban bisan klaro nga puwa ang stoplight, mosutoy lang gihapon. Ang uban bisan og gamaya ang lugar, modutdot gyud,” the informer said.
