Welcome back to school

READER’S VIEWS - The Freeman

Wearing their best uniforms and carrying their new bags, the pupils of S. Duterte Integrated School are very eager and excited to enter the school premises during the simulation activities of the progressive expansion of limited face-to-face classes. This activity enables them to get acquainted on the different things they should know in the implementation of face-to-face classes.

The School Safety Assessment Tool of the Department of Education is the instrument used in determining the readiness level of our school in participating the implementation of the limited face-to-face classes in which all areas related to prevention and control of COVID-19 virus are being considered. The collaboration of the local officials, PTA, and other stakeholders contributed much in accomplishing the specified requirements reflected in the tool in opening limited face to face classes.

As of now our school has already received the safety seal from the regional office and we are already implementing the blended learning a combination of limited face-to-face and modular distance learning. We are very happy seeing our pupils in school guiding and teaching them the skills they missed over the past years due to the pandemic.

We, the faculty and staff of S. Duterte Integrated School extend our heartfelt gratitude to all stakeholders who help us prepare our school for the limited face-to-face classes, indeed your support means a lot to us.
