According to the guidelines, schools that will be converted into voting centers come election day must have one entrance and one exit point in order to control the crowd. At the entrance, the temperature of the voter is supposed to be checked as part of COVID-19 protocols. One observer, however, noted: “Wa sila kahibaw nga ubang eskwelahan sa probinsiya walay gate, walay kural. Ang uban botante adto moagi likod sa eskwelahan.”
