Women have excelled in a variety of fields throughout human history. Women have made a name for themselves in male-dominated fields, shattering the misconception that they are a lesser or second-class gender in terms of intelligence and capacity.

I stumbled upon a female name title in a random selection of available movies on Netflix. But, unlike other films with female names that focus on romance, adventure, and the like, Harriet emphasizes the main character's difficult role in freeing her fellow black Americans from the bonds of slavery. Harriet Tubman, an abolitionist and political activist who was born into slavery, escaped and went on to rescue around 70 enslaved individuals, including family and friends, through the Underground Railroad, a network of antislavery activists and safe homes. She worked for the Union Army as an armed scout and spy during the American Civil War. Tubman was an activist in the women's suffrage movement in her final years.

Females' roles were restricted to household concerns during the period, and their voices were ignored due to the built-in framework of the time. Despite this difficult task, a woman achieving what is not intended to be a convention is something that history will not forget. Despite significant legislation recognizing women's rights and contributions to society, discrimination and prejudice against women continue to exist today in all sectors, whether visible or not.

From a wider perspective of women empowerment which is all about equipping women and allowing them to make all the decisions related to their life through the different problems in society. It includes raising their status through education, career, literacy, training, and other aspects of life. It is likewise promoting a woman’s self-worth and their ability to do things based on their own choices and their right to influence social change for themselves and others.

Women’s empowerment is a critical component in the development of strong women. Women are self-sufficient and have their own voice when it comes to making life decisions.

Women at all levels, including the top, are needed to change the dynamic, reshape the debate, and ensure that women's opinions are heard and heeded, not ignored.

There's something special about a woman who dominates in a male-dominated environment. Never taking no for an answer requires grace, strength, wisdom, bravery, and nerve. The obstacles will fall when women gain power. More women will be out there doing things as society and women discover what they are capable of, and we will all be better off as a result.

People are not created by culture. Culture is shaped by individuals. We can and must reform our culture if it is true that it does not respect women's full humanity. As history is also worth revisiting when we listen to lesser-known accounts of herstory that have a significant impact on the evolution of the human race.
