LANGUAGE BARRIER. A man who went out with his quarantine pass on his assigned day was spotted avoiding patrolling Special Action Force policemen. When asked why he was afraid even when he was entitled to be out in the street that time, he said he didn’t want to talk to the policemen if ever he was stopped.

“Mga Tagalog man na nga pulis. Di man ko kabaw mo-Tagalog,” he told friends.
