LET ME SLEEP. An EAR source said he appreciates the National Telecommunications Commission sending him advisories about COVID-19 via text, but complained about the timing.

“The other day they sent me a text at 1 a.m. This morning at 3 a.m. Kinsa may ganahan pukawon og text anang mga orasa?” he was heard saying.
