WAITING GAME? The proposed bridges connecting Cebu to Bohol and Negros Oriental are out of the “Build, build, build” list. The official reason is that the water between some of the islands is too deep to build on.

However, some speculate that some higher officials are just waiting for a contractor from China to approach with the proposal to build the project.

“Tan-awa, naa gani moduol ana nga taga-China, sugot dayon ang gobyerno,” one pundit told The EAR.
