Talisay City as face in war against drugs

DEADLIEST AREA? There is a store along the Cebu South Coastal Road in Talisay City that sells crude oil barrels. Upon reading its name, “Liklik Barilan,” a journalist jokingly posted on Facebook that the store seems to confirm Talisay’s tag as Cebu’s deadliest spot in the government’s war on drugs.
