Not the wheels of justice

JUST THE WHEEL OF A PUJ. A group of men were standing at a corner in Barangay Tejero when the tire of a passing PUJ suddenly blew up. The report sounded like a bang, and all the men in the group fell all over themselves scampering away.

“Basin mga pusher to,” one observer said, “abi nila gitirahan sila sa riding in tandem.”
