Counterflowing still rampant in this area

CROSSING OVER. An EAR source asked if traffic enforcers are still strictly enforcing Cebu City's counterflowing ordinance. He says along F. Llamas Street in Barangay Punta Princesa drivers still cross over into the other lane to get ahead of the column, especially as traffic builds up toward night.

"Kasagaran sa gabii na kay mora'g wala na may enforcer magbantay," the source said.
