On the other hand, JVK vanquished the Trojan Warriors, 89-76, while Dracones outclassed Zaruchi also via 89-76 decision.
Ryan Lim fired 24 points on top of five rebounds and two steals as JVK improved to 5-1 while Kline Ochavo scattered 28 points, six rebounds, and three assists to help Dracones notch its fourth win in five starts.
Jhomer Ranceli stole part of the show with 21 points, six rebounds and three assists as the MV Models bested the MEQ Builders, 61-51, to raise their mark to 3-2.
Not to be outdone, Cupin Compound and Orchid City edged separate foes to even their records at 3-3.
Nino Belande unloaded 24 points, 11 rebounds, and five assists as Cupin Compound slammed Tried Door, 78-69, while John Geraldizo pumped in 26 points, six rebounds and one steal as Orchid City downed Koruna Assist, 78-72.
In the other results, Rudolf Patron dished out 19 points and two steals sa DV Shop (2-3) overcame Parokya Ni Edgar, 81-79, while Jake Caballero piled up 25 points laced with eight rebounds, and three assists to power S.I.V (2-3) to a 79-39 obliteration of the Venoms. — EBV
