Bosconians sizzle in Engineer’s football

CEBU, Philippines — Don Bosco Technological College came up with a 1-2 finish in the under-13 division of the Engineer’s Cup yesterday at the Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu football field.

DBTC’s Team B outsmarted its Team A, 3-2, in the finals.

DBTC-A, which are composed of Cebu City players bound for the Central Visayas Regional Athletic Association(CVIRAA) Regional Meet in Dumaguete City topped the Group A during elimination, while DBTC-B dominated the Group B.

DBTC-B swept its assignments that include Kamagayan FC, KNF-SRFC and host SHS-AdC, Team A defeated the likes of Giuseppe FC, Guardian Strikers and SLE Mactan United.

More than the title, the event is alos a selection process for Central Visayas Football Association’s (CVFA) elite boys’ under-13 squad.
