Registration starts for 'Lacion MTB Duathlon 3.0
CEBU, Philippines — The registration is now open for the Consolacion Mountain Bike Duathlon 3.0 slated on March 3 starting and ending at SM City Consolacion.
Early bird registrants or those who will enlist until February 3 will be assessed with P1,450 for the individual category and P2,900 for the relay event. The regular rate after February 4 is pegged at P1,800 for the individual and P3,600 for the relay.
Slots are limited to only 300 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. Bike jerseys will be given to the first 200 registrants.
One may register at YKK Bikes along Legaspi Street (0915-7645359), Missing Link Cycling at the 3rd level of Robinsons Galleria Cebu (0932-1093633), Cycle Logic Parkmall in Mandaue City (0933-4821855), or at ALDO/Onitsuka Servitech-Northroad Paknaan/Tabok branches (0324-204154).
Meanwhile, the categories to be contested in the grueling race are the male elite, female open, and male age-groups 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49 and 50-above (golden boys).
Special categories being featured include the all-male relay, all-female relay, mixed relay, Ebike, fat bike (3.0 minimum tire size) and the 'Pamugasay'.
There will be fastest run split and fastest bike split awards for the age-groupers only.
