Joint operatives of the Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit and Inayawan Police Station arrested e-bike driver Abellijon Gabutero, 33, alias Demot in Sitio Blackcats, Barangay Duljo-Fatima, Cebu City.

Anti-narcotics agents seized from Gabutero 300 grams of shabu worth P2 million. His areas of operation include Barangay Mambaling and Duljo-Fatima where he could allegedly dispose of 500 grams weekly.
