12 LTO-7 execs reshuffled

CEBU, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) yesterday reshuffled 12 of its personnel in Central Visayas.

Jubilee Dionson, the acting chief of Tagbilaran District Office in Bohol, was transferred to Carcar City District Office in Cebu, replacing Sandre Rosendo Padriga.

Padriga was assigned to La Libertad District Office in Negros Oriental as acting chief, while Dionson was replaced by Vicente Gador, legal officer at LTO-7.

Flordeliza Monceda, acting chief of Jagna District Office-Garcia Hernandez in Bohol, was also transferred to Tagbilaran City Licensing Extension Office-Alturas.

Cecile Patron, acting chief of Mandaue Licensing Center, now heads the Jagna District Office-Garcia Hernandez.

Engineer Claro Lumagas, assistant chief of Carcar City District Office, was promoted as acting chief of Mandaue Licensing Center.

Macario Getaruelas, acting head of LTO's Operations Division, was transferred to Bantayan Island Extension Office in Cebu.

LTO’s Law Enforcement Section Operations Division acting chief Erwin Patalingjug now manages the Operations Division.

Bais City District Office in Negros Oriental is now headed by Alberta Janine Lawas, the acting chief of Dumaguete City District Office. She replaced Marliza Elesterio, who was transferred to Bayawan City District Office.

Clarifa Lilanny Singco is now the acting chief of Dumaguete City District Office. She was formerly assigned in Bayawan City District Office.

LTO Assistant Secretary Edgar Galvante, in his Office Order #2019-182, said the reassignment was recommended by LTO-7 Regional Director Victor Caindec.
