A Star Spangled Celebration

It was all stars, stripes, and smiles as Café Marco decked out the red, white and blue for the launch of Star Spangled Celebration last July 4!
The week-long celebration at Café Marco started in a good ol’ fashioned way with great food and good company care of Marco Polo Plaza’s media friends. American cuisine favorites, Tex-Mex-inspired dishes overflowed at the buffet such as nachos, fajitas, churros, chili chicken with tacos and more. There were also mac n’ cheese, a variety of burgers, fries, barbecue pork ribs and premium roast beef. American Apple Pie, S’mores melts, and Bacon Maple Bar were some of the hits at the dessert buffet.
The Star Spangled Celebration ran from July 1 to 7 at Café Marco for lunch and dinner.
