On June 20 One Mandani Bay, the first corporate tower at the master planned Mandani Bay community in Mandaue City was launched. It’s the project of HTLand, Inc., the joint venture of internationally-listed Hongkong Land, LLC and Cebu`s Taft Property Ventures Development Corporation.

The exclusive event was held at the Mandani Bay Show Gallery, led by Mandani Bay project adviser Jeffrey Lun, project director Gilbert Ang and sales head Audrey Villa. Renowned contemporary jazz and acapella band The Company serenaded the guests, including Cebu`s and country`s industry leaders and business notables. Representing the beginning of Mandani Bay`s advancement into becoming Cebu`s next business district, One Mandani Bay initially offers 100 office units in its 30-storey tower.

One Mandani Bay delivers an architectural coup-a fusion of the best aspects of glass and concrete on its surface, arranged into the river flow design consistent with Mandani Bay`s passion for water, articulating both lightness and strength. The units, ranging in size from 80 to 396 square meters, are designed as combinable module and are classified into three tiers-Penthouse, Premium and Standard-offered for sale or lease.
