The Yeungs’ Dinner for AB-PCCP Members

Carlo and MariquitaYeung hosted a delightful dinner for the Accreditation Board (AB) of the Philippine College of Chest Physicians (PCCP), at the couple’s hilltop manse in Nivel Hills last November 26.

The Accreditation Board is headed by Josephine Blanco-Ramos. Its members are Dr. Vincent Balanag, Jr. (PCCP) President; Dr. Jubert Benedicto, Dr. Shirley Panganiban, Dr. Virginia de los Reyes and Dr. Mae Campomanes. They arrived in Cebu City last November 24 to conduct their visits to the Pulmonary Sections of Perpetual Succour Hospital and Chong Hua Hospital. The AB serves as the gatekeeper of the PCCP in ensuring that the training institutions meet and/or maintain the standards set by the college to hone the knowledge and skills of the future pulmonologists serving Central Visayas.

And speaking of dinner, Pig & Palm was the venue of a pre-Christmas dinner for the Elegant Ladies Circle. Requested attire for those attending the affair were red, green or red with touches of green, which actually was the preferred colors of the season. Led by Mariquita Yeung herself who was wearing green Chanel outfit with a brooch of diamonds… the menu for the evening was Baked Salmon from Seattle, WA. And Steak from London, with green salads and desserts. Some 28 ladies were present and enjoyed every moment exchanging pleasantries and warm camaraderie with co-members. Exchanging of gifts was the order of the night and everybody had a ball!
