COMFY. Following the directive from police higher-ups penalizing policemen found sleeping on duty, a source who walks his dog regularly told The EAR he often comes across a policeman sleeping in a patrol car.

The patrol car is often parked near a department store in a south district barangay in Cebu City.

When pressed for more details, the source declined, saying he was afraid he might be identified.
