Cloud contact center launched to boost business connectivity

CEBU, Philippines — Infobip, a global cloud communications company launched a cloud contact center solution enabling businesses to improve connected customer experiences in the Philippines new normal.

Called “Conversations”, the solution is an omnichannel cloud contact center with automation and a chatbot building platform option – ‘Answers.’
