Leuterio explores home designs for ‘new normal’

CEBU, Philippines —  Construction management company, Filipino Homes Plus, will soon introduce homes that are designed for new normal living following the COVID-19 outbreak experience.

Filipino Homes Group chief executive officer (CEO) Anthony Gerard Leuterio announced yesterday that Filipino Homes Plus will be at the forefront of a housing study taking into consideration the major shift of lifestyle and work-style after COVID-19.

Filipino Homes Plus will be introducing new home designs to meet the new demand under the “new normal” living.

“We are coming up with designs that are now acceptable as a new normal in living,” Leuterio said.

Initially, the new normal homes or quarantine-friendly inspired homes already have small built-in gym and a small office.

Leuterio believes that even after the COVID-19 era, work from home among majority of industries will be considered as new normal too.

Versus the mainstream traditional homes, which only has living room, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and bedrooms, the new normal living, even for average homes shall already include gym room and small office.

Filipino Homes Plus will pioneer this kind of design concept, and is now working on perfecting its home designs in coordination with developers and contractors.

Filipino Homes Plus works with contractors. Its services limit only to building houses from P5 million and up worth of projects. It is a construction management company that specializes in custom-made houses.
