WCPI inks deal with Ascott for Citadines Mandaue Cebu

CEBU, Philippines — Worldwide Central Properties, Inc. (WCPI), the real estate arm of Worldwide Steel Group of Companies (WSGC) partners once again with one of the leading international lodging owner-operators, The Ascott Limited, this time for Citadines Mandaue Cebu.

Citadines will be housed within WCPI’s third vertical project, Vitalé Suites, a first-of-its-kind mixed use development designed for active seniors with accessible living features and barrier free units for individuals with limited mobility.

This upcoming development will be located at the corner of Hernan Cortes and F. Cabahug Streets in Mandaue City.

The signing ceremony had the presence of  Ascott’s Country GM  Daniel Wee, ASCOTT Head of Business Development & Asset Management Hoe Kit Mak,  WSGC Founders Francisco Ong and  Lina Ong, WSGC Group President  Ann Leslie Ngo and WCPI VP for Sales and Marketing Sharon  Anne Ong.

This came after the first successful tie-up between the two companies for  Somerset Gorordo Cebu to be housed within The Suites at Gorordo, Worldwide Central’s first mixed-use project and a rising iconic landmark slated to be completed by 2021.
