Lamudi is a lead generator with 700,000 unique visitors per month and is positioning to become the leading website of real estate properties in the country.

Leuterio on the other hand has an existing 15,000 listings which includes 400 projects across the country with about 200 to 300 units for each project.

"We believe that the internet plays a huge part of the Filipino lifestyle now. They search anything and everything through the internet and it pays to make information about properties available online," said Anthony Gerard Leuterio in a press conference during the signing of Memorandum of Agreement of the two companies.

Leuterio currently partners with over 189 developers nationwide including the major national developers Ayala Land, SM Development Corp, Megaworld and Filinvest as well as known local developers in Cebu like Primary Homes, Cebu Landmasters and more.

"We will also help track how many of the inquiries actually end up in actual purchases which Lamudi currently cannot track through their website," said Leuterio.

The PLDT group has invested 500 euros for internet based enterprises and currently owns eight percent of Lamudi, which is a global enterprise currently valued at 500 billion euros.

Leuterio Realty and Brokerage president and chief executive officer Anthony Leuterio said that they will provide content listing to Lamudi.com.ph as well as partner with them for other promotional activities as well as marketing strategies training.

Ende said that the Philippines is among the countries in the world with very high internet penetration rate at 39 percent, a huge jump from only 10 percent in 2008.

Lamudi was first launched in May 2013 and is now in 32 countries. In the Philippines, the website was launched in January 2014.

Just like other internet enterprises under Rocket Internet like Lazada and Zalora, Lamudi has shown fast growth and the PLDT group is looking to put in more investments to the company.
