MANILA, Philippines -- The NU Lady Bulldogs are looking to quickly move forward from their streak-ending loss to the DLSU Lady Archers in overtime on Wednesday.

After the historic win by the Taft-based squad, which snapped NU's 108-game win streak and handed the latter their first loss in the UAAP Season 2013, NU head coach Aris Dimaunahan said there's no time to hang their heads.

"The real challenge for us now is how we'll bounce back after this loss," Dimaunahan said after the game.

"How well we could really turn the tide in a short spain after being beaten. So yun yung titignan namin from tomorrow."

Still gunning for their seventh straight title, first-year head coach Dimaunahan remains focused on the top prize.

And while the sting of defeat may hurt his wards, especially since none of them had experience a loss before, there will be litte space to dwell on the negative.

Just like how they tended to not dwell on the highs of their campaign, Dimaunahan said that it will be the same in this rare lowlight.

"Again, just like what I said to you at those times when we were winning, we got these 24 hours of everything. May it be a winning note, may it be a bad game," said Dimaunahan.

"We'll have 24 hours to feel sorry for this. The next hour will be moving forward for them." he continued.

The NU Lady Bulldogs will have the chance to score a bounce back before they dive into the traditional Final Four format for the first time since 2013 when they face the also-ran Adamson Lady Falcons on Saturday.
