16-member women�s volleyball training pool known 

MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) released on Wednesday the list of national team members for its indoor and beach volleyball teams.

Around two weeks removed from its tryouts staged in Subic, the federation named a 16-strong pool for Indoor women's volleyball team, while a 20-man contingent for the Indoor men's volleyball squad.

Among those in the pool are mainstays Jaja Santiago, Eya Laure, Aby Marano, Mylene Paat and Majoy Baron.

Also included in the pool are setters Iris Tolenada and Camille Cal, youngsters Faith Nisperos, Ivy Lacsina, Mhicaela Belen, Alyssa Solomon and Imme Hernandez.

Completing the 16-woman pool are Dell Palomata, Ria Meneses, Jennifer Nierva and Bernadette Pepito.

Around four to six more players will be included in the pool per the deliberation of Brazilian coach Edson Souza de Brito.

Notably absent from the pool were the stars who were unable to attend the tryouts in Subic are national team stalwarts Alyssa Valdez, Kalei Mau, Myla Pablo, and Dawn Macandili.

The men's squad, meanwhile, is headlined by stars Marck Espejo, Bryan Bagunas and John Vic de Guzman.

The beach volleyball team pools were also revealed.

Sisi Rondina and Bernadeth Pons banner the women's beach volleyball team pool while Jude Garcia and Ranran Abdilla are among the stars in the men's beach volley squad.
