MANILA, Philippines — It’s all or nothing for MJAS Zenith-Talisay and KCS Mandaue after the former scored a 63-56 win to force a deciding Game Three in the Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas VisMin Super Cup Visayas leg best-of-three finals at the Alcantara Civic Center in Cebu Saturday night.

The Aquastars and the Computer Specialists were gunning for all the marbles of the inaugural tourney at press time.

Darrell Menina and skipper Paolo Hubalde scored 15 and 11 points, respectively, including the team’s last 12 markers as the Aquastars keep their hopes to become the first Visayas leg champions.

Season MVP Jaymar Gimpayan had eight markers and eight boards plus three steals as Talisay got its revenge after a 67-66 loss in Game 1 that ended its unbeaten run in the tourney.

Mandaue rode the momentum of its stepladder semis survival as it pulled off a Game 1 stunner, but slowed down in Game 2 despite a strong outing from ace guard Ping Exciminiano.

The PBA veteran braved a leg injury and finished with 14 points and eight rebounds but young stalwart Shaq Imperial, who nailed the game-winning trey in Game 1, bled for only four markers this time.
