100 fights up at PCC today

MANILA, Philippines — Four more bigtime stagfests unfold at the Pasay City Cockpit this month, beginning with the SC Man Dupax 5-Stag Derby today, bannered by more than 100 fights.

No less than P750,000 in guaranteed prize awaits the champion in this event hosted by upcoming gamefowl breeder Norman Ranon of Nueva Vizcaya and supported by Sagupaan Superfeeds and Complexor 3000. Ranon staged a big stagfest in 2017 with 59 entries.

On Monday, the Sandy and Palito Big Event 6-Stag Derby is set with 150 fights. Members of the  Luzon Gamecock Breeders Association (LGBA) will compete in the “PFGB Digmaan 11-Stag National Derby”on Nov. 28.

LGBA president Nick Crisostomo said PFGB ‘Digmaan’ and FIGBA ‘Bakbakan’ stags will be accepted.
