MANILA, Philippines — Last year's runner-up Far Eastern University-Diliman continued its perfect run with a 28-26, 25-19, 25-17 victory over Ateneo in the UAAP Season 82 boys' volleyball tournament on Wednesday at Paco Arena.

Rans Cajolo led the Baby Tamaraws' onslaught with 15 points, France Racaza added 14 while Jerold Talisayan tallied 10 points, 15 digs and six receptions.

"Lesson sa amin ito na bigay todo dapat kahit anong kalaban, walang libreng bigay... nagrelax kasi ang players ko noong first set eh," said FEU-Diliman coach Rjhay Del Rosario.

Knotted at 12 in the third set, the Baby Tamaraws uncorked a 13-5 finishing kick, capped by Emmanuel Advincula's kill block to secure their third win as in many matches.

With the opening frame tied at 26, back-to-back drop shots by Racaza and Cajolo gave FEU-Diliman the upperhand.

The Baby Tamaraws dominated the attacking department 50-23.

Amil Pacinio paced the Blue Eaglets (0-3) with 13 markers.

Boys' volleyball action will resume on Saturday with three matches at the FEU-Diliman Gym.
