La Salle Greenhills, Zobel prevail

MANILA, Philippines — De La Salle Greenhills-A and De La Salle Zobel kept its win run going while Nazareth School of National University remained unbeaten in its division to stay on top of the Best Center’s SBP-Passerelle twin basketball tournaments at the Xavier School gym over the weekend.

LSGH-A stopped Claret School, 53-43, for its third straight win to pace Group A of the Small Basketeers Philippines of the event sponsored by Milo and supported by Rain or Shine, Chris Sports and SKLZ.

DLS-Z, meanwhile, also marched to its third straight win by trouncing LSGH-B, 61-43 (2-1), for the Group B lead. Marist (1-2) scuttled San Sebastian College-Recoletos (0-3), 62-23, in the other Group B game.
