MANILA, Philippines — After landing at the 67th spot in the FIFA World Rankings — their best ranking ever —  the Philippine women's national football team is raring to continue their impressive international showings.

The Malditas are set to compete in the AFF Women's Championship in Thailand this month and the 30th Southeast Asian Games here in Manila in November. 

Philstar.com sat down with the team before they left for AFF to discuss their preparations for AFF and the SEA Games as well as the struggles that came along the way.
