MANILA, Philippines — Team Lakay's Danny Kingad is set to face former UFC star Demetrius Johnson in the ONE Flyweight World Grand Prix Finals in Japan later this year.

And for Team Lakay mentor Mark Sangiao, youth will be Kingad's advantage over the American fighter.

Kingad and Johnson earned their slots in the final after besting Reece McLaren and Tatsumitsu Wada, respectively, on Friday in ONE: Dawn of Heroes.

Kingad is younger than Johnson by nine years. Kingad is 23 years old while Johnson is 32.
