NLEX's Kiefer Ravena raring for PBA return
MANILA, Philippines — After more than a year of suspension, Kiefer Ravena is counting down the days for his basketball return.
Taking to Twitter, Ravena expressed excitement over returning to practice with his PBA team, the NLEX Road Warriors.

"80 days til I get to practice with my team again." Ravena wrote.
With the PBA Philippine Cup already in its postseason, NLEX hopes to get Ravena back in the lineup in the coming months.
The NLEX guard got slapped with a FIBA suspension in 2018 after testing positive for three banned substances in February last year.
Ravena had ingested a pre-workout drink before a Gilas game that contained WADA-banned ingredients.
Once his suspension expires, the Road Warriors will surely lean on Ravena's offense.
The former Ateneo standout will need to step up for NLEX, especially with Kevin Alas out of commission after tearing his ACL anew.
Ravena's intial PBA return is slated in August this year.
