FEU repeats over Adamson in another five-set thriller

MANILA, Philippines – The FEU Lady Tamaraws opened the second round of the 81st UAAP women's volleyball tourney with a bittersweet victory over the Adamson Lady Falcons in five sets, 30-32, 25-20, 23-25, 25-20, at the Ynares Sports Center in Antipolo on Sunday.

Despite coming away with the win and sweeping their season series against Adamson, both Jeanette Villareal and Lycha Ebon went down because of injury in the match.

Both teams engaged in a back-and-forth affair that went down to the wire. FEU improves to a 5-3 record while Adamson drops to 1-7.
