Terrence Romeo contributes to Robin Padilla's Marawi cause

MANILA, Philippines – Talk n Text star Terrence Romeo recently reached out to actor Robin Padilla to express his intention to donate to the latter’s Marawi rehabilitation project. 

"Itong Marawi rehab project namin, mga artista ang nagdo-donate. This is the first time a basketball player supported our cause and I would like to thank Terrence for this," said Padilla, who admitted meeting Romeo for the first time.

For his part, Romeo, a self-confessed fan of Padillia, was elated to finally meet his idol. 

"Ever since high school, idol ko na si Sir Robin. Wala akong pelikula niya na pinapalagpas. I am just too happy to be supporting him in this project at karangalan ko ring makatulong sa mga taga Marawi."

Padilla then invited Romeo to personally see the rehabilitation project’s progress.

"Any time, I would make myself available," replied Romeo. "I hope the other basketball players will also help Marawi."
