Scratchers, Revellers duel for pivotal lead

MANILA, Philippines — Finally unmasking Che’Lu Bar and Grill the last time out, Go for Gold hopes to keep the momentum of its  Game Two win as the Scratchers and the Revellers dispute the lead in the PBA D-League Foundation Cup Finals at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig today.

The Scratchers, who lost their first three face-offs with the Revellers, including a 96-100 setback in the series opener last week, finally neutralized the top-seeded team, using a stifling defense in the second half to erase a 45-52 deficit and break away en route to a 105-81 victory that leveled their best-of-five series.
