Warriors star Curry due in Manila anew
MANILA, Philippines — Another NBA champion is due for a visit to Manila.
Stephen Curry of the 2018 NBA titlists Golden State Warriors is set to reprise another Asian tour that will include a Philippine stop, marking the fourth time he'll make rounds in multiple Asian countries.
According to sporting brand Under Armour, Curry, the NBA’s lone recipient of back-to-back Most Valuable Player Awards, will be visiting Wuhan, China, and Tokyo, Japan,. The tour begins on September 5.

Just last Sunday, Curry’s teammate and fellow former MVP Kevin Durant was in town for a promotional tour with Nike.
Curry’s first visit to the capital was in 2015 where he also also engaged young Filipino ballers in a light five-on-five game.
Last month, adidas brought Rookie of the Year finalist and Utah Jazz member Donovan Mitchell.
