LOOK: Terrence Romeo-led shootout spices up FIBA 3x3 World Cup

BOCAUE, Bulacan — The FIBA 3x3 World Cup unveiled a surprise segment in Day Two of the hostilities.

Senators Sonny Angara, Joel Villanueva; Bong Go, and PBA star and 3x3 alumnus Terrence Romeo figured in a shootout prior the Gilas-Mongolia game.

Romeo, true to his profession, won the contest and took home a cash prize amounting to P50,000. He finished with 11 treys. Villanueva was second with nine.

In the nightcap, Gilas fell to the Mongolians, giving them a 1-1 record in the Pool C action.
