MANILA, Philippines — When will La Salle coach Ramil de Jesus be satisfied with his team?

After five games, De Jesus is still far from it.

“I’m not satisfied,” said De Jesus moments after his La Salle squad drubbed University of the East, 25-18, 25-17, 25-20, on Wednesday in the 80th UAAP women’s volleyball tournament at the Filoil Flying V Center in San Juan City.

“I can’t see the aggressiveness inside the court, there was no communication inside, I can’t see the polish. I’m really disappointed,” he added.

De Jesus and the Lady Spikers will enter their 4:00 p.m. Saturday duel with the dangerous Adamson Lady Falcons — who split their first four assignments — seeking that old fire that led them to the last two UAAP championships.

And De Jesus knows Adamson should be a tough team to handle.

“We can’t take them lightly because the moment they get the momentum, they’re hard to stop. Adamson is a complete team and they have a good connection with each other,” said De Jesus.

He is also wary of Adamson’s setter, Fenela Risha Emnas.

“They’re a veteran team and they have a very good setter,” added the mentor.

The multi-titled coach also wants his team to hit their spikes well.

“We need to improve our wings because our hitting percentages are low. We don’t to prolong the rally because the moment that it is prolonged, the more our libero and setter get tired. And that will be our disadvantage because we have a small setter,” said De Jesus.

Meanwhile, Far Eastern (2-2), to seeking to jump into a share of third with Ateneo (3-2) as it clashes with lowly University of the East (0-5) at 2:00 p.m.
