Top breeders clash in Elorde 4-cock derby
MANILA, Philippines - Top breeders and cockfighting aficionados gear up for a fierce battle with their respective aces in the four-cock 23rd anniversary derby on Monday at the Elorde Cockpit Stadium in Sucat, Parañaque.
Promoted Johnny Elorde, the event has a guaranteed prize of P300,000 with entry fee pegged at P11,000. The minimum bet is P5,500 with the handler and the gaffer of the winning entry set to receive P20,000 and 10,000 respectively.
