Dalumpines, Sy shine

MANILA, Philippines – Michael Dalumpines scored a big upset while Jamaica Sy won two titles in second Mayor Jojo Binay National Quarterly age-group table tennis championship at the Koliseyum ng Bayan in Washington, Makati City over the weekend. 

Dalumpines eked out a 9-11, 11-8, 10-12, 11-7, 15-13 victory against Chinese Liu Quan to cop the men’s open singles crown while Sy, 11, topped the girl’s 12- and 14-under events.
