Bela, gusto talagang idirek si Liza

Si Liza Soberano ang napipisil ni Bela Padilla na maging pangunahing bida para sa pelikulang 366. Si Bela ang direktor ng natu­rang proyekto at natanong na rin daw noon ng aktres ang kampo ni Liza kung posible itong mangyari. “The film wasn’t meant for me. I didn’t want to act in it because I was told I was going to direct it. So I wanted another actress to be in it. I required Liza Soberano for this. I even came to a point where I asked for her schedule already. She was doing a TV show at that time. I think it was Make It With You,” pagbabahagi ni Bela.

Dahil sa pagkakaroon ng pandemya mula noong 2020 ay nagbago ang mga plano ng actress-director para sa bagong pelikula. “When the pandemic started, a lot of actors didn’t want to work. Mahirap naman sa biglang sasabak sa bubble, sa shooting life. Hindi ko pinilit ang original vision ko for this film,” dagdag niya.

Si Bela na ang pangunahing bida ng 366. Para sa dalaga ay mayroong pagkakaiba kung si Liza ang natuloy gumawa nito. “I wouldn’t say better, but it’s definitely different. I am older than Liza. I guess my interpretation of grief and love are different. Liza and I are in diffe­rent stages in our lives. I gave a different interpretation and performance than she would have given. I still love to work with her, though. Maybe one day, that will still happen,” giit ng aktres.

Alexa at KD, ini-enjoy muna ang ‘relasyon’

Ilang buwan pa lamang ang nakalilipas nang nagkakilala sina Alexa Ilacad at KD Estrada bilang housemates sa Pinoy Big Brother Kumunity Season 10.

Naging magkaibigan at nabuo rin ang tambalang KDLex nang nakalabas na ng bahay ni Kuya ang da­lawa. Maraming sumusuporta sana buong tambalan nina Alexa at KD kaya mayroon ding mga nagtatanong kung mayroon ng espesyal na namamagitan sa dalawa. “Not yet, actually kasi of course there’s something blossoming or on the way or something like that. Like a picture, it’s developing. But we really had this talk and I really told him na I don’t want him to get into anything serious or I don’t want him to get into a relationship yet. Because with so many things happening to us right now, it can get overwhelming as well,” paliwanag ni Alexa.

Para sa dalaga ay mas mabuti nang ang trabaho muna ang pagtuunan nila ng panahon ni KD. Sa ngayon ay ini-enjoy na lamang daw ng dalawa ang kanilang magandang samahan. “So I thought that the smart and mature thing to do was to just focus on our work. It sounds so showbiz pero‘yon kasi talaga. Honestly, it can be a bit stressful naman talaga so sabi ko if we add a relationship on top of that it might be hard to handle na. I think it would be better to just enjoy each other’s company, enjoy whatever we have right now. Hello! We just got out of the house. So we don’t have to rush into things right away. Sa totoo lang pwede na nga eh pero for me lang kasi talaga, especially for him because he’s new to all of this and I really want him to enjoy what’s happe­ning to his career. What’s happening to him and I just want everything to go so smoothly. I just think it’s the more mature thing to do,” paglalahad ng dalaga. (Reports from JCC)
