Ito ay matapos kilalaning ang tumalon sa NYC high-rise noong Sunday ay si 2019 Miss USA Cheslie Kryst ayon sa online reports.

Nag-post pa siya sa kanyang Instagram account ng “May this day bring you rest and peace,” ilang oras bago siya tumalon mula sa 60-palapag na Orion building sa 42nd St. bandang 7:15 a.m. at natagpuang walang buhay sa kalye nito.
Naunang nakiramay ang pamunuan ng Miss Universe sa nangyari. “The Miss Universe and Miss USA Organizations are devastated to learn about the loss of Miss USA 2019 Cheslie Kryst. She was one of the brightest, warmest, and most kind people we have ever had the privilege of knowing, and she lit up every room she entered. Our entire community mourns her loss, and our thoughts and prayers are with her family during this difficult time.

Maalalang nakasama ni Marian Rivera si Cheslie as member ng selection committee ng Miss Universe 2021 na ginanap sa Israel last December lang. Magkatabi pa sila ng upuan kaya naman kasama ang Kapuso queen sa mga naunang nagpost ng kalungkutan sa pamamagitan ng emojis. Ang isa pa nilang kasama na si Bollywood actress na si Urvashi Rautela ay nag-post din sa IG ng “RIP @chesliekryst SHE EXCELLED & SHE LAUGHED Suicide is a serious thing. And if you know anyone who is suicidal, you need to get them help. No one should be in pain. Everyone should love themselves.”
