Catriona naghahanap ng maraming dugo!
Siguradong mas marami na ngayong magdo-donate ng dugo.
Months ago nang manawagan si Red Cross Chair Richard Gordon na nangangailangan sila ng mas maraming dugo dahil nga pandemic. Pero worried ang maraming gusto rin namang mag-donate.
Ngayon ay si former Miss Universe Catriona Gray ang kanilang ambassador kaya ini-expect na mas marami ang mae-encourage na mag-share ng kanilang blood.
Bukod pa ito sa pagpo-promote ni Catriona ng importance na magpa-covid test. “She promotes the importance of getting tested for covid-19, following health protocol, staying at home, and donating blood. She will be working with the @philredcrossin our campaign to achieve #VictoryOverVirus,” tweet ni Sen. Gordon.
Nauna nang sinabi ni Catriona sa isang interview na “I hope I can utilize my platform as ambassador for Philippine Red Cross to really call for blood donations, and hoping to call for donations that will allow testing, services of the Philippine Red Cross, to be accessible to every single Filipino.”
Walang photos na lumabas kung nakapag-donate na siya ng dugo pero nagpa-swab ang dating beauty queen.
Kabilang si Angel Locsin at boyfriend niyang si Neil Arce sa mga nag-donate noon ng dugo sa Red Cross nang manawagan nga si Sen. Gordon.

Kahapon ay pumanaw na si Maria Azucena “Marichu” Vera-Perez Maceda na kilala sa tawag na Manay Ichu sa buong showbiz industry.
Narito ang official statement ng kanyang pamilya kahapon:
“With great sadness, the Maceda Family announces the passing of our beloved Mother, Maria Azucena “Marichu” Vera-Perez Maceda.
“She succumbed to cardio respiratory failure on September 7, 2020.
“In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to MOWELFUND
“We will honor her with a mass at 6:00 pm tonight in Arlington chapel A and cremate immediately.
“She will be inurned at Sampaguita chapel beginning tom 1:00-8:00 pm ‘til we finalize.”
Bukod sa kilala sa kakaibang kabaitan, masarap magluto si Manay Ichu.
