Liza namigay ng facial mask!

Imbes na seryosohin at maapektuhan sa bashing sa pagbibiro sa paggamit ng facial mask na usung-uso sa Korea, namigay pa nito si Film Development Council of the Philippines Chairperson and CEO Liza Diño sa press launching kahapon ng Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino (PPP). Hahaha. Pati ang mister niyang si Aiza Seguerra ay nagsuot pa nito st saka nagpa-pictorial kahapon.

At bongga ang epekto ng face mask na ganito ha. Nakaka-smooth ng skin. Pramis. Hahaha.

Anyway, ganitung-ganito dapat ang maging attitude ng mga nabibiktima ng bashing, hindi ‘yung kina-career at sini-seryoso ang bawat namba-bash. Hindi nagpapaapekto at hindi sumasagot. Classy ang approach pero hindi paliguy-ligoy.

At heto pa, may konek naman pala ang nasabing facial mask sa gagana­ping 2nd PPP dahil nga ang theme ay Filipino fiesta at this year ipi-feature nila ang Mascara Festival.

Anyway, sa August 15-31 magaganap ang PPP na si Chairman ang nag-introduced. “The Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino proved to be such a success especially in getting our Filipino audience to support a full line up of Filipino films in one week of playdate, and we are proud that this year, we get to showcase more films of different and elevated genres that will not just entertain but will encourage discussions among the Filipino audiene. There’s a film for everybody and we are looking forward to everyone’s support again to all of our films,” sabi ni Ms. Liza.

Binubuo ang PPP Selection Committee nina Director Jose Javier Reyes, movie editor Manet Dayrit, Direk Sheron Dayoc, cinematographer Lee Briones, Director Carlitos Siguion-Reyna and actress Cherie Gil.

In addition to the main entries, PPP will also showcase the Special Feature Section which will be screened in selected cinemas. The Section includes, among others, films from local independent film festivals in 2017, with High Tide from ToFarm FilmFest; Paki from CinemaOne Originals and Tu Pug from Sinag Maynila.

Ang PPP ay seven-day exclusive screening of quality genre Filipino films in all cinemas nationwide in line with the Buwan ng Wika.
