Kailangan nang bumili ng equipments ng PSC

Francisco Cagape - Pang-masa

“We gave them deadline so submit their requirements last November last year. But we have to extend it on December because none submitted. It’s hard to purchase these equipments especially those that we have to buy overseas because we have to order it first,” sabi ni Ramirez kahapon.

“They can’t blame us if these equipments can’t come on time for the Sea Games. We gave them enough time to submit these requirements,” dagdag ni Ramirez.

“There is a law regarding disbursement of fund from the COA. If the request for financial allocations is not in details, we will not release any funding because everything should follow the rules of the COA. If they can’t substantiate the requirements, we will not release any funding. Everything now should follow the COA rules,” pahayag ni Ramirez.

“It’s the commitment of Pres. Duterte (Rodrigo), it’s the commitment of our government. President Duterte assured delegates during the ASEAN Summit that the Sea Games will push through and all requirements will be addressed,” aniya.
