Sarah ayaw munang mabuntis, maraming tinanggihang trabaho!
Baby girl ang wish ni Sarah Lahbati na next baby nila ng mister na si Richard Gutierrez.
Kasi kung boy ulit, baka magpakalbo na siya. “Hopefully it’s a girl. And hopefully next year. But you know, kidding aside, as long as they’re healthy, no problem.”
Modern mom ka ba? “I am a modern mom. Yes. I am hands-on and I work. I try to squeeze everything in and balance our schedules, ‘yun top of everything. I’m proud that I am able to do that.”
Kumusta si mother-in-law? Ini-spoil daw ang mga anak mo?
“Nako, ang mother-in-law always spoils the two boys but it’s great. They love our kids, of course. Whenever they’re with them, pag-uwi nila napaka-hyper dahil kasi kung anu-anong chocolate ang ipinakain.
“She’s very sweet and thoughtful. A bit of a spoiler,” referring to tita Annabelle.
Bakit tita? “I know she’s my mom pero “Tita Annabelle” siya ng bayan for me. Pareho kami ni Alexa, who’s also the wife of Elvis, na Tita nakasanayan namin dahil siya ang Tita Annabelle ng Pilipinas.”
Hinahayaan mo ba ang mga anak mong gumamit ng social media? “Hindi po. Zion has an account run by me and Richard. He’s only nine years old. So maybe when he’s a bit older. I want him to be responsible first. Yeah, not soon.”
But anyway, sa ngayon ay ayaw pang mabuntis ni Sarah.
Mas gusto muna niyang mag-alaga sa dalawang anak, sina Zion at Kai. “When you’re a mom, you’re always busy. Ang daming kailangan gawin with two boys. Laging busy, I’m running around. Nakakapayat, I guess. Hahahaha!”
Lalo na nga at ngayong November sasabak sa soccer competition si Zion. “This November, we’re flying to Singapore for his first abroad competition,” aniya na proud mom sa anak na hilig talaga ang soccer.
Samantala, inamin ni Sarah na marami siyang tinanggihang acting project. Aniya, hindi niya kaya ang lock-in. “Morning show is okey. Hindi pa puwede ang series kasi may lock-in nga. As a mom of two, I don’t have much time, and I love being hands-on with the kids.
“Nothing compares to be able to be there, for the kids. Kasi ang kinatatakutan ko ay lumaki sila na busy ang both parents.”
Bagama’t handa siyang gumawa ng project na katambal ang mister. “That would be the best case scenario, being with him in a project!,” banggit niya pagkatapos ng contract signing with Luxe Skin.
